If you are not satisfied with a service provided by the Public Guardian and Trustee, you can contact us to discuss your issue.

The Public Guardian and Trustee are keen to hear if there are ways we can improve what we are doing and value your feedback. We would also like to hear when we are doing a good job.

There are a number of ways you can contact us to provide feedback:

  • Write us a letter or email
  • Give us a call
  • Fill in our enquiry form
  • Make an appointment to come in and talk to usĀ
