Are you attending the Tribunal for a guardianship hearing?

Once you have made an application to the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal for guardianship, the Tribunal will arrange a hearing. You will be invited to attend in person. However, if this is difficult you can ask the Tribunal if you can join in by phone or video. Other interested persons such as relatives, friends, carers or service providers can also attend. Please advise the Tribunal beforehand if an interpreter will be needed at the hearing.

Prior to the hearing, the Office of the Public Guardian may contact you to ask some questions.
